Key Responsibilities:
- Manage technology programmes and multiple teams (5-6).
- Lead workshops and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee technology implementation and UAT.
- Draft business requirements and support functional design.
- Ensure regulatory, audit, and risk commitments are met.
- Use Jira and Confluence for governance and tracking.
Key Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with controls and risk frameworks.
- Experience in payments (ideal) or technology implementation.
- Knowledge of operations risk and technology hybrid environments.
