Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end technology delivery across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
- Manage delivery across architecture, data, integration, application development, testing and environments.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across Front Office, Middle Office, Reporting and Enterprise Data Platform initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrated technology delivery plans.
- Manage technology risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Ensure successful coordination between internal technology teams, business stakeholders and third party vendors.
- Drive programme governance including Steering Committee reporting, executive updates and delivery metrics.
- Manage technology budgets, resource plans and vendor engagement.

- Coordinate release planning, environment readiness and deployment activities.
- Ensure delivery follows appropriate governance, quality assurance and change management processes.

- Significant experience within Asset Management, Investment Management or Capital Markets.
- Proven delivery of complex enterprise transformation programmes involving multiple technology teams.
- Experience delivering programmes involving: BNY platforms, Charles River (CRD), Bloomberg, Eagle, Enterprise Data Platforms, Databricks, API integration, Data migration, Reporting platforms including Power BI.
- Strong understanding of investment operations and Middle Office processes.
- Experience managing system integration programmes with numerous internal and external dependencies.

- SAFe, Agile or Scrum delivery experience (desirable).
