Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with execution teams, hygiene teams, and key stakeholders to support effective lifecycle management of technology assets.
  • Enhance departmental processes by ensuring timely exit strategies for products approaching end of life (EOL), minimising risk and maximising operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple internal teams to ensure integrated, consistent approaches to technology asset management.
  • Identify data quality issues within asset inventories and partner with technical colleagues to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate tracking systems for contracts and inventory attributes related to core technology infrastructure.
  • Develop and report on EOL plans, providing regular updates on status and progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress towards establishing an up-to-date, accurate firm-wide inventory of assets using proprietary tools.
  • Document processes clearly and comprehensively to support ongoing improvements in lifecycle management practices.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in asset tracking, contract management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster strong working relationships across global teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
