Technology Lead (JAMF iOS MAC)

Summary: The Technology Lead (JAMF iOS MAC) role involves leading the deployment, configuration, and management of Apple devices using JAMF Pro in a hybrid working environment. The position requires collaboration with IT and retail teams to ensure device security and compliance while providing training and support to staff. This contract role is inside IR35 and is expected to last between 4 to 8 months. The successful candidate will also develop automation workflows to enhance device management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of Apple devices using JAMF Pro.
• Develop and implement automation workflows to streamline device management processes.
• Ensure the security and compliance of all Apple devices in retail environments.
• Collaborate with IT and retail teams to support device rollouts and updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to device management and deployment.
• Provide training and support to IT staff and end-users on JAMF Pro functionalities.
• Maintain documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Monitor and report on device performance, compliance, and security metrics.
