- Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture or Technology Architecture roles.
- Strong understanding of technology governance, architecture assurance and governance frameworks.
- Experience developing enterprise technology standards, architectural principles, design guardrails and governance controls.
- Ability to create architecture patterns, reference architectures, reusable templates and practical implementation guidance.
- Experience with LeanIX or equivalent enterprise architecture management and repository tooling.
- Understanding of architecture frameworks, technology life cycle management and architecture knowledge management practices.
- Experience working across architecture, engineering, security, risk, governance and change delivery functions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to balance governance control with delivery pace, business outcomes and practical implementation considerations.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale transformation or technology change in regulated environments.
