Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day technology issues
- Provide hands-on support where required (e.g. reinstalling POS devices or iPads)
- Coordinate with third-party IT suppliers to resolve issues
- Maintain excellent communication with on-site staff and vendors
- Travel between sites as needed to support operations

The Role:
