Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day technology issues
  • Provide hands-on support where required (e.g. reinstalling POS devices or iPads)
  • Coordinate with third-party IT suppliers to resolve issues
  • Maintain excellent communication with on-site staff and vendors
  • Travel between sites as needed to support operations

Location: Central Edinburgh
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (35 hours/week)

A leading global organisation is seeking a Technology Engagement Lead to support the smooth running of its customer-facing locations across Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping technology running behind the scenes – without needing to be deeply technical.

The Role:

You’ll be the face of digital support across several busy visitor experience sites. Working closely with a network of external IT service providers, you’ll ensure local systems and applications are running efficiently, and that on-site teams receive excellent support and guidance.
