Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor components of storage systems including volumes, LUNs, disk, and logs.
• Manage complete incident, change management, problem management, and capacity planning.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery strategies.
• Oversee backup management and conduct health checks.
• Monitor backup jobs, schedules, and relevant logs to ensure successful backups.
• Perform storage health checkups and performance monitoring of storage arrays.
• Configure and monitor controller mirroring status from the console.
• Troubleshoot storage-related issues.

Key Skills:

• Expertise in Dell Powermax, Vplex, Isilon, eNAS, Cisco/Brocade SAN switch.
• Experience with EMC Data Domain, Networker, ECS for backup management.
• Proficiency in VMWare and LINUX/RedHat operating systems.
• Strong skills in incident, change, and problem management.
• Ability to plan and execute disaster recovery.
• Experience in performance monitoring and troubleshooting of storage systems.
