The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced Technology Business Manager to join a leading global financial services organisation's Technology Innovation function.
This is a highly visible role that combines business management, stakeholder engagement, communications, events management, and programme coordination. You will work closely with senior technology leaders to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of innovation initiatives across the organisation while translating complex technology concepts into clear, business-focused messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate technology innovation engagement activities and events.
- Develop executive presentations, briefing packs, case studies, and innovation portfolio materials.
- Create compelling communications that showcase AI, automation, and innovation initiatives.
- Organise town halls, leadership sessions, speaker events, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Produce management information and reporting for senior leadership.
- Develop newsletters, updates, and awareness campaigns.
- Support strategic planning, prioritisation, and execution of innovation programmes.
- Build strong relationships across technology and business functions.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years' Experience in a Business Manager, PMO, Business Operations, Engagement, Communications, or similar role.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Excellent project and programme coordination capabilities.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging business narratives.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience within financial services, banking, or technology environments is highly desirable.
- Exposure to innovation, digital transformation, AI, or technology initiatives would be advantageous.
