Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operational running of a global technology function.

Key Skills:

- Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic transformation initiatives.
- Proven background managing vendors, third-party suppliers, RFIs/RFPs, and commercial relationships.
- Experience with workforce planning, resource management, and operational reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with effective communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.

About the Role: This is a strategic Technology Business Management role, supporting the operational running of a global technology function. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to oversee financial management, workforce planning, vendor governance, and business operations while helping shape and deliver key transformation initiatives. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the function operates effectively, managing budgets, supporting business case development, driving cost optimisation, and providing the reporting and governance needed to support decision-making across a global organisation. This role requires someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced financial services environment.
