Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist LCL network employees via phone, adhering to quality standards.
- Identify and analyze requests from advisors regarding transaction issues and customer feedback.
- Support employees in using available tools (Diagnostic cards, ChatBot, LCTout).
- Inform and guide advisors on new payment products and services.
- Respond to inquiries through the expert assistance tool and collaborative network.
- Identify customer and network pain points.
- Contribute to the ChatBot resource for advisors (creating sequences, identifying recurring topics).
