Rate
£25.15 per hour (Umbrella)
£19.38 per hour (PAYE)

Hours
Monday to Friday (8:30 am – 5:00 pm)

What We Are Looking For:
About the Role We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to assist with a large-scale Windows 11 deployment project on a Remote Onsite Deployment (ROD) basis. This role involves both remote and onsite support, ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11 across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote support for Windows 11 deployment.
• Assist with device readiness, imaging, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and escalate when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure seamless rollout.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deployment activities.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Windows OS deployment (preferably Windows 11).
Familiarity with tools like SCCM, Intune, and Active Directory.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite from 8:30 AM daily.
Must bring valid photo ID on the first day for site access
