- Following structured authoring processes and established tool guidelines
- Collaborating across Engineering, Informatics, Product Marketing, Service, and Project Management teams
Key Skills:
- Strong technical writing experience within hardware or technology-driven environments
- Experience with structured authoring and information modelling such as DITA and XML
- Exposure to content management systems
- Familiarity with HTML, XML, and tools like JIRA
- Understanding of localisation workflows and style guides such as The Chicago Manual of Style
- Experience working in agile environments with recurring release cycles
