Summary: The Technical Transfer Project Manager role involves overseeing the transfer of technical information and processes within a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on challenging therapeutic products. The role is based in Egham, with travel to Milan required for up to two weeks each month. This is a contract position lasting 4-6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Developing and executing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Technical Expertise: Facilitating the transfer of technical information, processes, and product details.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and addressing potential risks to ensure the project's success.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Managing all relevant documentation, validation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the technology transfer process.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Technical Transfer experience.
  • Strong Sterile Manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with ampoules or syringes.
  • Proven track record of Sterile Manufacturing Technical Transfer projects.
  • Able to hold the CDMO accountable and drive schedule and costs.
  • Willingness to travel to Milan up to 2 weeks every month.
