Summary: The Technical Training Partner will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs as part of a major transformation initiative in West Sussex. This interim role requires an individual who is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and customer service through effective training sessions. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging training sessions tailored to the needs of the programme.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain effective training resources.
- Assist in organising training logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
- Measure training outcomes and implement feedback for continuous enhancement.
- Utilise diverse training methods including eLearning and practical activities to cater for different learning styles.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.
- Keep track of daily and weekly milestones to ensure timely completion of training initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of delivering training programmes including digital and technical, preferably within the construction or utilities industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse audience.
- Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning needs.
- Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
- Knowledge of digital solutions such as Maximo or GIS is a plus.
