Technical Training Partner

Summary: The Technical Training Partner will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs as part of a major transformation initiative in West Sussex. This interim role requires an individual who is passionate about enhancing operational efficiency and customer service through effective training sessions. The position involves collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging training sessions tailored to the needs of the programme.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create and maintain effective training resources.
• Assist in organising training logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
• Measure training outcomes and implement feedback for continuous enhancement.
• Utilise diverse training methods including eLearning and practical activities to cater for different learning styles.
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure the content is relevant and impactful.
• Keep track of daily and weekly milestones to ensure timely completion of training initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Demonstrable experience of delivering training programmes including digital and technical, preferably within the construction or utilities industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage a diverse audience.
• Ability to adapt training methods to suit various learning needs.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple training sessions effectively.
• Knowledge of digital solutions such as Maximo or GIS is a plus.
