Technical Systems Analyst - Contract - Inside IR35 - 6 months

A leading UK organisation is seeking two experienced Technical Systems Analysts to join a major CRM and customer systems transformation programme.

Working as part of a large-scale migration initiative, you will play a key role in translating high-level solution designs into detailed technical specifications that can be utilised by development and QA teams. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong systems analysis, integration and stakeholder management skills.

You will work closely with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and QA teams to analyse business requirements, document technical solutions and support the migration of Legacy systems into a modern Salesforce-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse complex business and technical requirements across multiple systems.
• Convert functional specifications and high-level solution designs into detailed technical documentation.
• Produce technical specifications for development and QA teams.
• Document workflows, business rules, process flows and system interactions.
• Analyse and document data models, data flows and system integrations.
• Work with APIs and third-party system integrations.
• Support the migration of Legacy platforms into Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers and Test teams.
• Identify dependencies, risks and impacts across systems and integrations.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and architectural standards.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as a Technical Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong systems analysis and technical documentation experience.
• Experience producing detailed technical specifications from high-level designs.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, data flows and systems integration.
• Experience documenting APIs, workflows and business rules.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams.

Desirable Experience

• Salesforce transformation or CRM programme experience.
• Cloud platform experience, ideally AWS (Azure or GCP also considered).
• Retail, eCommerce, Logistics or Supply Chain experience.
• Experience working on customer-facing digital transformation programmes.
• BPMN and process modelling experience.
