Summary: The Technical Support role involves providing technical input into LSRC service design and ensuring continual service improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical input into LSRC service design to enhance service improvement.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the LSRC asset and export control registers.
- Deliver technical assurance for impact assessments related to changes in LSRC infrastructure.
- Address externally driven changes, obsolescence planning, and the introduction of new capabilities or systems.
Key Skills:
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills.
- Network and Application Engineering principles.
- Knowledge of MOD Approvals process.
- Understanding of how MOD operates.
