Summary: The Technical Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in a major tech stack modernization project within a large organization, focusing on data transformation. This position involves supporting the Data Engineering team, collaborating with consultancy teams, and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires strong experience in data-heavy environments and a proven background in data migration projects. The contract is for three months, with a requirement to work two days per week in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Data Engineering team in understanding, mapping, and leveraging data in the new environment.
- Partnering with consultancy teams and internal engineers to support platform transition and data mapping.
- Identifying how data is currently being used across teams and defining how it should be structured and used in the future data platform.
- Mentoring Junior Business Analysts.
- Gathering and translating business requirements into clear technical documentation.
- Supporting data platform readiness, ensuring documentation is thorough and aligned with business goals.

- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in data-heavy, technical environments.

THE ROLE: As a Senior Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
