Role Description

The Technical Sales and Marketing Specialist is a contract role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement allowing some work from home.

This role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, presenting Arouda’s digital tools and educational products, and guiding them through technical features and value propositions.

The specialist will support the full sales cycle, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, solution proposals, and follow-up communication to build long-term relationships.

Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to customers, coordinating with product and marketing teams to refine messaging, and gathering user feedback to inform future product improvements.

The role also requires preparing sales materials, contributing to digital marketing campaigns, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to translate complex product features into clear benefits.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging diverse stakeholders and building trust.
  • Experience providing Technical Support, including troubleshooting and guiding users through digital tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing practices, such as lead generation, campaign support, and sales enablement, is beneficial.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the London Area, with the ability to collaborate both in person and remotely.
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Background in education technology, financial tools, or sustainability-focused products is an advantage.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.
