We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager for our Wireline business. This role will be based in our Blackburn office, Aberdeen and will be full time. This role will be responsible for the commercial growth of Archer’s Wireline services in the UK, Africa and Caspian region. This includes managing strategic customer relationships, executing sales initiatives, supporting operational alignment, and ensuring contract and account performance so suitable experience is required. The role combines technical understanding with commercial acumen and works in close partnership with both the sales and operations teams. We are looking for a self starter with a strategic and commercial mindset. A good team player with effective communication style. Education Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Equivalent industry experience in technical sales or field operations is acceptable. Experience Minimum 8–10 years in Wireline or Well Services technical sales and account management. Demonstrated success in business development, proposal preparation, and customer engagement. Experience supporting operations and managing commercial contracts is essential. You must have a right to work in the UK.
