  • Partnering closely with hiring managers on role intake, priorities, and feedback
  • Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Keeping ATS data accurate and usable
  • Bringing senior-level judgement to delivery decisions and prioritisation

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join on a contract basis, working directly within the business and fully on site in London. This is a hands-on recruitment delivery role, focused on active sourcing, pipeline building, and supporting hiring managers with live demand. While the title reflects seniority, this is not a purely strategic or people-management position. The successful contractor will be close to the work and accountable for delivery.

The role

  • Direct sourcing and pipeline generation for live roles
  • You'll be focused on hiring Software Engineers alongside UX and Product roles
  • Market mapping, headhunting, and proactive candidate outreach
  • Screening, shortlisting, and managing candidates through early-stage hiring
  • Partnering closely with hiring managers on role intake, priorities, and feedback
  • Maintaining a high-quality candidate experience
  • Keeping ATS data accurate and usable
