  • Champion Employer Branding to promote the employer brand and values to candidates.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience by maintaining clear, timely communication and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Advise and Train Hiring Managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
  • Utilise Recruitment Data to analyse and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
  • Ensure Compliance with fair, inclusive, and legally compliant hiring practices throughout the process.
