Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define requirements and create effective hiring strategies for software engineering positions.
- Source and Attract Talent using creative sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Champion Employer Branding to promote the employer brand and values to candidates.
- Enhance Candidate Experience by maintaining clear, timely communication and ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
- Advise and Train Hiring Managers on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection.
- Utilise Recruitment Data to analyse and report on recruitment metrics to drive process improvements.
- Ensure Compliance with fair, inclusive, and legally compliant hiring practices throughout the process.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong track record in hiring high level technical roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
