Summary: The Technical Records Administrator role at London Gatwick Airport involves managing technical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements within a fast-paced aviation environment. The position requires experience with maintenance management systems and a strong background in aviation administration. The successful candidate will support airline operations and contribute to operational efficiency through meticulous record-keeping and collaboration with various teams. This is a 6-month contract position with a shift pattern of 5-5-4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Review and process job cards, customer paperwork, and missing stamps.
  • Upload data from AMOS to STREAM and liaise with Customer CAMOs.
  • Perform audits on Aircraft Technical Log (ATL) pages, Work Packs, and Engineering Documentation.
  • Compile reports and provide feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and management team.
  • Scan and electronically file documentation in line with procedures.
  • Work closely with Production Planning and Technical Services teams during maintenance projects.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain an audit-ready records department.

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience in a Base Maintenance / Modifications Technical Records role.
  • Strong proficiency in using AMOS and/or STREAM.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a Part-145 MRO environment is highly desirable.
