Summary: The Technical Records Administrator will ensure compliance with technical records for an aerospace client at Gatwick Airport. This role involves auditing documentation, filing records, and supporting maintenance projects while working closely with various teams. The position requires a proactive approach to maintain audit readiness and contribute to continuous improvement. It is a shift-based, on-site role reporting to the Maintenance Manager - Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Collect, review, and file paperwork from check management, distributing corrections as needed.
  • Perform audits of Aircraft Technical Log pages, Work Packs, and Engineering Documentation.
  • Compile reports and provide feedback to the Lead Technical Records Administrator and management team.
  • Scan and electronically file documentation according to local procedures.
  • Utilize AMOS / STREAM to support Technical Records activities.
  • Assist other departments as required within capabilities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain the Technical Records department in an audit-ready condition.
  • Collaborate with Production Planning and Technical Services during maintenance projects.

Key Skills:

  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Experience with AMOS and STREAM systems is desirable.
  • Previous experience in a Part-145 MRO environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
