Summary: The Senior Technical Project Manager will lead the Quality & Food Safety workstream within a major ERP transformation programme, specifically focusing on SAP. This role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex initiatives. The position is remote with a preference for travel to the Slough HQ 2-3 days a week. The contract is fixed-term for an initial duration of 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage end-to-end delivery of the Q&FS workstream within an ERP programme
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, and dependencies
- Lead stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and leadership teams
- Manage risks, issues, and governance (RAID, reporting, change control)
- Collaborate with SAP teams (QM & IM modules) and external vendors
- Drive alignment, decision-making, and programme delivery excellence
Key Skills:
- 10+ years experience, with 7+ years in Project Management
- Strong experience delivering large-scale ERP / SAP programmes
- Hands-on experience with SAP QM and Inventory Management (IM)
- Background in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Food Safety environments
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformations (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Food Safety standards (HACCP, SQF, ISO 22000) (nice to have)
- Experience with tools like Smartsheet / Monday.com / Power BI (nice to have)
