Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site meetings, client liaison and job visits
- Preparation of job quotes and tender applications
- Responsibility for designing lighting and rigging systems; scheduling crew and transport; running load-ins, live periods and load-outs
- Planning project delivery and compiling the correct information prior to arrival on site
- Produce CAD drawings & rigging plots for own projects and other project managers as required
- Lighting design where required for projects
- Liaise with warehouse and workshop departments with regard to logistics and equipment preparation
- Managing the delivery of the project to ensure costs are controlled and profit margins are maintained
- Equipment Procurement and product purchasing support
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in technology and legislation and their impacts on project delivery and compliance
- Drive standards of lighting planning, systems and equipment
- Site work as required when the company workload demands
- Provide input to develop and improve systems of work
- Oversee the lighting maintenance regime
- Proactively identify and solve problems
- Work as part of a busy team
- Use the Hiretrack NX inventory control system

Job Description
The purpose of this role is to take lighting projects through the full cycle from initial enquiry through quote and delivery to invoice and debrief. Projects may involve other disciplines, and we would expect you to be able to manage solutions involving all disciplines. Core office hours are 0930 to 1700 and with flexibility required to ensure projects are correctly delivered. Average weekly hours across the year are 48 hours per week, and holiday pay will be calculated on a 48-hour week. You will work from the office and on-site, and weekend work is to be expected. Overtime is paid.
Salary £40k-£50k DOE Plus Overtime
