Summary: The Technical Project Manager will lead a high-impact ERP transformation project, transitioning from MRI Horizon while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners. This role requires overseeing the full project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and operational continuity across regions. The position is based in West Midlands with a hybrid working arrangement, involving occasional travel to London. The contract is initially for six months with a likely extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of the ERP transformation project from planning to delivery
- Work cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Commercial, and IT
- Monitor project progress, budget, risks, and deliverables
- Manage communications across all levels of the business
- Oversee regional engagement, ensuring operational continuity across West Midlands
Key Skills:
- Proven experience managing system transformation projects, ideally ERP or property/finance platforms
- At least one 12-month+ ERP-type project successfully delivered
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to coordinate complex, multi-party programs
- Comfortable operating in a hybrid regional role (based near West Midlands with occasional London travel)

Contract Details:
- Length: 6-month initial contract (extension likely)
- Start: ASAP – ideally August to prepare for September implementation kickoff
- Location: 3 days/week onsite in West Midlands, occasional travel to London
- Rate: £550-600/day
