Technical Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Technical Project Manager proficient in formal PMP/PMI project management practices and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean Devops, XP and Safe). We require someone with a meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering successful outcomes in complex projects.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proficiency in formal Project Management practices (PMP - PMI)
* Solid understanding of agile methodologies and their application in project management
* Meticulous planning and execution to meet project timelines
* Strong communication and collaboration abilities to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders effectively
* Strategic thinking to deliver high-quality solutions exceeding expectations
* Technical understanding to grasp project requirements
* Proven track record managing multiple releases across diverse platforms

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
