Key Responsibilities:

• Program management, including supporting pre and post-launch activities of new and existing partnerships across the APAC region
• Support and project manage the launch of partners including campaign setup, testing, and results monitoring
• Work closely with various teams to achieve business goals for each partner and influence customer journeys
• Manage partners post-offer launch, including resolving technical issues and managing partner inquiries
• Leverage data to gather insights for subscription growth optimization
• Develop an in-depth understanding of back-end systems to mitigate issues
• Transition manual processes to automated and scalable ones
