Contract Project Manager – FinTech Re-Platforming Manchester (Hybrid, monthly on-site) | Outside IR35 | 3 Months+ We’re supporting a major FinTech player moving to Manchester as they embark on a critical re-platforming programme. This is a business-wide transformation and the first PM through the door – setting delivery standards, shaping governance, and managing senior stakeholder alignment.

This is a high-profile assignment. Only candidates with directly relevant experience will be considered.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong Insurance / Financial Services background.
  • Proven track record delivering major software business change and re-platforming programmes.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile delivery (Scrum / Kanban) with hands-on use of Jira & Confluence.
  • Experienced in managing senior stakeholders in complex environments with multiple business units.
  • Comfortable driving critical change programmes where success depends on alignment, resilience, and clear communication.
