Summary: The Technical Project Manager will lead a platform team focused on developing the company's first enterprise identity and safety features. This role involves collaborating with product teams to align technical roadmaps with evolving product requirements and spearheading safety strategies to mitigate risks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a Platform team building the company's first enterprise identity and related safety features.
  • Work with product teams to ensure alignment with platform, develop technical roadmaps and ensure that platform decisions are continuously updated and aligned with evolving requirements of products.
  • Spearhead the safety strategy for enterprise offering, leveraging data to gather threat intelligence, working with cross-functional partners to build controls while minimizing user friction, and implementing robust risk mitigation strategies to keep customers safe.
  • Oversee system reliability and quality of the platform, ensuring prompt issue resolution and driving escalations to meet strict performance and reliability commitments effectively.

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical program management, project management, or a related domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
