Summary: The Technical Project Manager will lead large-scale Cloud Transformation and Migration projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery while managing high-level stakeholders. This role requires expertise in cloud migrations, strategic planning, and governance, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive IT experience, particularly in cloud environments, and must hold active SC Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale Cloud/Data Center migrations (On-prem to Cloud) and complex integrations.
- Own project schedules, resource allocation, and financial tracking (cost variance).
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offshore teams, and internal leadership.
- Identify and mitigate risks/issues; maintain robust project governance and reporting via MS Project or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Provide leadership over infrastructure workstreams including Virtualization, Compute, Storage, and Networking.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in migrating large-scale application infrastructures to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Expert in managing multiple priorities, handling escalations, and reporting to C-suite leadership.
- Proficient in MS Project and Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking and execution.
- Strong grasp of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Minimum 15 years of IT experience with a heavy focus on Cloud/Consulting.
- Active SC Clearance (Security Check) is essential for this role.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
- Agile Management (e.g., CSM, Safe) preferred.
- Cloud Provider Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) preferred.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex migrations, managing high-level stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest security standards.
