Summary: The Technical Project Manager role in Glasgow involves leading the execution of strategic digital initiatives, focusing on modern workplace enablement and cloud adoption. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Workplace programmes
  • Drive programme governance, reporting (QBR/MSR), and milestones tracking
  • Manage senior business and IT stakeholders (Director/CXO level)
  • Own programme risks, dependencies, and mitigation planning
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (EUS, Infra, Cloud, Security, ServiceNow)
  • Ensure alignment with Microsoft technology stack (M365, Azure, Intune, etc.)
  • Drive transformation initiatives (migration, modernization, automation)
  • Manage vendor/partner interactions (OEMs, tooling providers)
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL, change management, and governance processes
  • Deliver business value outcomes (user experience, productivity, cost optimisation)

The Role

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of strategic digital initiatives, including modern workplace enablement, cloud adoption, and end-user experience. These programmes are high visibility with significant business impact, requiring close engagement with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of Digital Workplace programmes
