Summary: The Technical Project Delivery Manager will lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering critical data projects, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between technical and business stakeholders. This role requires a strong background in managing complex data solutions and the ability to articulate technical concepts to various audiences. The position is contract-based for three months and operates within a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing standard practices and methodologies for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide a multi-disciplinary team in the data space to deliver on business-critical priorities.
• Ensure the smooth running and delivery of highly technical projects.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and client engagement managers to set standard ways of working.
• Communicate business problems and requirements to data scientists and engineers.
• Translate data science and engineering solutions to business stakeholders.
• Manage risks and issues, providing escalation pathways.

Key Skills:

• Proven communication of complex data concepts to stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering complex data solutions with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Advanced knowledge of different project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, including Cloud platforms and ETL processes.
• Understanding of Data Science, including analytical techniques and ML pipelines.
• Ability to think and lead autonomously and at pace.
