Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead

Summary: In this role, you will serve as a Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead focusing on AI Personalisation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables. The position requires strong project management skills and technical expertise to ensure successful execution of complex projects. You will also mentor and guide the delivery team while maintaining solid client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of technology services solutions (projects).
• Coach, mentor, guide the overall delivery team, including SAs and technical consultants - all key technology services delivery group - as CTO.
• Strong understanding of Data, Analytics, AI, Cloud, Managed Services, and such major & trending / emerging and solid Tech Services projects.
• Solid client relationships, trusted resource for various CIO, CTO, CDO, CAIO discussions.
• Powerful communicator, solid booster to help sales and strategy / management consulting team to shape and sell Tech-driven value-added programs demonstrating concrete value to top tier-1 clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Foster a collaborative and productive environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PMP, Quality Assurance Director or similar certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Visionary (to be able to act as CTO in Tech Services company / function) as Technical Project Manager or Delivery Lead / Executive, with a strong portfolio of successfully delivered projects.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Technical expertise in solution design, architecture, and implementation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working with agile methodologies is a plus.
