Summary: The Technical Programme Manager will lead the delivery of the Digital Colleague Workplace initiative across HR and the wider Bank, focusing on enhancing productivity and employee experience through digital tools. The role requires a strong leader with technical expertise in Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft technologies, capable of managing complex programmes and engaging with senior stakeholders. The position is based in Knutsford and requires a hands-on approach to planning and execution. The contract is set to end on 27/03/2026, with an immediate start date required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of the Digital Workplace programme across HR and the Bank, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Provide expert guidance on integration and optimisation of Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to ensure buy-in, alignment, and effective communication.
  • Develop and manage detailed programme plans, RAID logs, and governance structures. Be hands-on with delivery tracking and issue resolution.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including internal staff, vendors, and consultants. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Partner with HR and Communications to drive adoption and change readiness across the organisation.
  • Ensure all programme activities adhere to regulatory and security standards relevant to the financial services sector.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Programme Manager in financial services or a similarly regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, and ideally Microsoft technologies (eg, M365, Azure, Power Platform).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale digital transformation programmes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in both agile and waterfall environments.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our future Digital Colleague Workplace across HR and the wider Bank. This strategic initiative will transform how our colleagues interact with digital tools, enhancing productivity, collaboration, and employee experience.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with deep technical expertise, particularly in Workday (WD), ServiceNow (SNOW), and ideally Microsoft technologies (eg, M365, Azure, Teams). You'll be comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels-driving planning, execution, and stakeholder engagement across complex programmes.

Key Responsibilities
