Technical Program Manager

Summary: The Technical Program Manager will drive strategic planning and execution for large-scale programs, collaborating closely with engineering teams to develop detailed workplans. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic planning and execution for large-scale programs.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to develop detailed workplans with technical and cross-functional dependencies.
• Identify and manage dependencies across broader organizational teams.
• Ensure adherence to internal compliance standards, including privacy and data governance.
• Track execution progress, resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster strong collaboration across engineering, product, and compliance teams.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience delivering complex technical programs in close partnership with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly understand product and infrastructure domains.
• Formal program management training or certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with large-scale software development programs.
• Familiarity with data governance, privacy standards, and internal compliance processes.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and work effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
