Summary: The Technical Program Manager will lead the Finance data modernization initiative within the Trips Business Unit, focusing on the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex program activities and governance. The position emphasizes managing dependencies, risks, and communication to drive effective outcomes in a digital organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data delivery and program management within large, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme level activities of migration of Finance Data flows from SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana
  • Programme level activities for the modernization of Finance Data flows
  • Stakeholder and communication management, including collaboration with Engineering and Product sponsors
  • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and go-live plans
  • Work closely with DPMs to manage key technical programme initiatives
  • Align roadmaps on initiative goals with Product, Engineering, and the wider business
  • Own and drive delivery governance across the organization
  • Provide consultancy to the TBU Data leadership team
  • Track and report results of E2E testing and UAT
  • Ensure partnerships with Governance and compliance
  • Coordinate handoff points to central program management in fintech
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks associated with the migration process

Key Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in delivering complex programme deliveries
  • Proven experience with Data delivery in Financial accounting
  • Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana migration
  • Ability to develop detailed project plans for system preparation, data migration, testing, and training
  • Experience delivering critical business technical initiatives in digital organizations
  • Familiarity with lean/agile project/programme management methods
  • Experience adapting delivery frameworks based on programme circumstances
  • Experience managing project portfolios with complex dependencies
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage ambiguity
  • Experience managing external parties critical to delivery success
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Experience in a hybrid multi-located, multi-national organization
