HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO: *** is seeking senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large, cross-functional technology programs across multiple workstreams. The role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and dependencies, combined with excellent program governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The TPM acts as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders—ensuring clarity, alignment, risk management, and predictable delivery across complex initiatives. While hands-on coding is not required, the role demands sound technical judgment and system level understanding. Key Workstreams: 1. Acquisition Integration • Lead technical integration programs for newly onboarded or acquired entities • Identify, track, and manage technical dependencies, risks, and milestones • Coordinate across infrastructure, platform, security, and application teams • Provide clear status reports, executive summaries, and integration dashboards • Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and mitigation plans 2. Provisioning • Oversee internal technology provisioning initiatives and corporate delivery motions • Ensure automation and deployment workflows are aligned with organizational goals • Drive coordination between engineering, platform, and operations teams • Track readiness, sequencing, and delivery dependencies across initiatives • Maintain governance, timelines, and execution discipline 3. Operations • Manage large-scale operational programs, including: o Quarterly enterprise initiatives o Cost optimization and efficiency programs (e.g., COGS-related initiatives) o Roadmap execution and delivery tracking o Toolchain modernization and operational efficiency initiatives • Ensure structured planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment Core Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and reporting • Understand and manage technical dependencies across platforms and systems • Translate complex engineering activities into clear, actionable communication • Drive alignment across engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders • Maintain program artifacts such as status reports, risk registers, and dashboards • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges • Support leadership decision-making with accurate, timely insights WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO WIN: Required Skills & Experience: • 10–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Delivery, or similar roles • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, technically complex programs • Strong understanding of enterprise technology concepts such as: o Cloud infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage) o Platform services and system integrations o AI/ML concepts at a high level o Enterprise architecture and dependencies • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Strong background in program governance, reporting, and risk management Good to Have • Experience with M&A integration or large organizational transformation programs • Exposure to platform engineering, infrastructure, or enterprise-scale systems • Experience driving operational efficiency or cost optimization initiatives • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery frameworks IF THIS OPPORTUNITY INTERESTS YOU, PLEASE RESPOND WITH THE FOLLOWING DETAILS: Resume with contact details Current location Currently working or not working Work authorization Best time to call. **If you are not comfortable or interested in this job opening, please feel free to forward this to others, whom you know may be a great fit for this position or you can simply ignore this e-mail.
