Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical integration programs for newly onboarded or acquired entities.
  • Identify, track, and manage technical dependencies, risks, and milestones.
  • Coordinate across infrastructure, platform, security, and application teams.
  • Provide clear status reports, executive summaries, and integration dashboards.
  • Oversee internal technology provisioning initiatives and corporate delivery motions.
  • Drive coordination between engineering, platform, and operations teams.
  • Manage large-scale operational programs, including quarterly enterprise initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and reporting.

HERE'S WHAT YOU’LL DO: *** is seeking senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large, cross-functional technology programs across multiple workstreams. The role requires a strong understanding of technical systems and dependencies, combined with excellent program governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The TPM acts as a bridge between engineering teams and business stakeholders—ensuring clarity, alignment, risk management, and predictable delivery across complex initiatives. While hands-on coding is not required, the role demands sound technical judgment and system level understanding. Key Workstreams: 1. Acquisition Integration • Lead technical integration programs for newly onboarded or acquired entities • Identify, track, and manage technical dependencies, risks, and milestones • Coordinate across infrastructure, platform, security, and application teams • Provide clear status reports, executive summaries, and integration dashboards • Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and mitigation plans 2. Provisioning • Oversee internal technology provisioning initiatives and corporate delivery motions • Ensure automation and deployment workflows are aligned with organizational goals • Drive coordination between engineering, platform, and operations teams • Track readiness, sequencing, and delivery dependencies across initiatives • Maintain governance, timelines, and execution discipline 3.
