- Drive coordination between engineering, platform, and operations teams
- Track readiness, sequencing, and delivery dependencies across initiatives
- Maintain governance, timelines, and execution discipline
- Manage large-scale operational programs, including quarterly enterprise initiatives
- Ensure structured planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder alignment
- Own end-to-end program planning, execution, and reporting
- Understand and manage technical dependencies across platforms and systems

- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges

Key Skills:
- 10–15 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Delivery, or similar roles
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, technically complex programs
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology concepts such as cloud infrastructure, platform services, and system integrations
- High-level understanding of AI/ML concepts
