Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritised, and ready for delivery
- Translate business and technical requirements into features, epics, and detailed user stories
- Write clear, structured user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
- Prioritise backlog items in alignment with business needs, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of requirements
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment
- Lead and support Agile ceremonies, including:
- Sprint planning
- Backlog refinement
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint reviews / Show & Tell sessions
- Retrospectives
- Forward planning / roadmap alignment sessions (delivery-focused)
- Ensure requirements clarity and consistency throughout the development lifecycle
- Support delivery by resolving ambiguities, managing dependencies, and ensuring backlog readiness
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical discussions, integrations, and system-related requirements
