Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Owner, Software Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Direct experience within the payments industry, with a solid understanding of card payments and transaction flows.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- Expert-level understanding of eliciting and elaborating requirements into Features and User Stories.
- Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
- Make informed decisions regarding software operation in consultation with architects, developers, and UX/UI designers.
- Control solution scope and work with Product Managers to mitigate impacts related to payment processing.

Location : Hybrid - 3 days per week in Northampton
Demonstrated experience as a Technical Product Owner, Software Analyst, Software Design Analyst, Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a similar role.
Direct experience within the payments industry, Solid understanding of card payments, transaction flows, merchant acquiring, and related financial processes
Familiarity with the complexities of payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance within the payment ecosystem.
Expert-level understanding of eliciting and elaborating requirements, and translating them into Features and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Experience working specifically in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment.
Make informed decisions regarding software operation in consultation with architects, developers, and UX/UI designers.
Control solution scope and work with Product Managers to mitigate commercial or customer impacts, especially those related to payment processing.
