Technical Product Owner Duties And Responsibilities

The role of the Product Owner in a product team is very crucial. The Product Owner has the responsibility of planning the client’s needs so that they can effectively manage the development process. These are the major duties and responsibilities of the product owner:

  • Experience in work on defining process models i.e. Operating Models, Business Process, RACI Matrices.
  • Preparing strategy and presenting ideas for stakeholders.
  • Defining the features of the product according to customer requirements.
