Summary: This role for a Technical Product Manager focuses on leading strategic cyber analytics and technology products within a Cybersecurity Sciences & Analytics function. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of operating model development, continuous improvement, product development, and programme delivery workstreams, adopting the Agile delivery life cycle.
- Operate at the interface of people, process, and transformation, translating business and technical requirements into clear product outcomes.
- Work with delivery teams to ensure product design, delivery, and adoption plans meet user needs and align with business constraints and priorities.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with client needs and business objectives and is clearly communicated to development teams.
- Define, prioritise, and refine backlog items and user stories, providing clear acceptance criteria and guidance to software delivery teams.
- Identify, manage, and communicate dependencies and risks to product delivery across multiple teams and external suppliers.
- Actively manage blockers, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, escalating as required and making recommendations to influence decision-making.
- Drive successful implementation and productionisation of technology products, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with cyber risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their roles, needs, and pressures, and identify opportunities for innovative product solutions.
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and product features.
- Act as the voice of the client within Agile Scrum teams, ensuring products meet client expectations and deliver measurable value.
- Support the evolution of cyber analytics platforms, products, and engineering practices through a controlled maturity roadmap to improve resilience, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Contribute to the enhancement of cyber detection and response capabilities and the provision of trusted cyber risk, control, and regulatory insights for executive decision-making.
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying pain points in current ways of working and implementing optimised processes and practices.

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar technical product management role within an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience with operating model development and implementation, particularly in complex technology or cyber functions.
- Track record of identifying process pain points and implementing optimised ways of working and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong experience in owning and managing product backlogs, aligning them with client needs and business objectives.
- Advanced understanding of methods, principles, and processes required to set priorities for development teams and successfully productionise technology products.
