Summary: The role of Technical Product Manager involves supporting key customers in developing critical services for retail and finance processes. The position requires a deep technical understanding and the ability to balance engineering and product initiatives to deliver value. The successful candidate will engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and oversee their implementation while maintaining effective communication throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with senior stakeholders to define the overall strategy and direction for your product area.
  • Identify internal customers to deliver first-class tools and services to meet customer needs.
  • Define core platform metrics for your products and be accountable for their end-to-end success.
  • Size opportunities with engineers, prioritize the roadmap, and set targets for the team.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, testers, analysts, and researchers to create user-centric products.
  • Drive continuous efficiency improvements with agile coaches and your team.
  • Communicate with multiple key stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged in product development.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager to manage technical debt sustainably.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and standards to enhance your products.

Key Skills:

  • Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst in a complex technical environment.
  • Strong presentation skills to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good technical understanding of web technologies, API design, data, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and natural curiosity.
  • Experience in building and managing Product Roadmaps.
  • Capability to plan and prioritize effectively, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Continuous development of commercial, market, and technical knowledge.
