Role
As Technical Product Manager, you will shape how promising ideas become trusted, scalable products—connecting user needs and product ambition with architecture, data, engineering, controls, economics and live-service ownership.
You will influence decisions across the portfolio, give senior leaders confidence to invest and help multidisciplinary teams move faster from opportunity to measurable value.
Essential Skills
- Proven technical product-management experience taking complex digital, data, platform or AI-enabled products through discovery, build, launch and live operation.
- Good understanding of modern software and data product lifecycles, APIs and integrations, cloud platforms, architecture trade-offs, security, reliability and service management.
- Demonstrable ability to translate between business outcomes, user needs and technical requirements without assuming the responsibilities of an architect or engineering lead.
- Good analytical capability, including structuring ambiguous problems, defining metrics, interrogating data, modelling scenarios and converting evidence into recommendations.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical roadmaps, prioritised backlogs, non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria, dependency views and readiness evidence.
- Working knowledge of AI or machine-learning product considerations, including data quality, evaluation, responsible use, human oversight, monitoring and change management.
- Experience navigating technical governance, risk, privacy, security, legal, procurement and operational-readiness processes in a complex organisation.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, with a proven ability to produce concise, logically structured, executive-facing material.
- Strong stakeholder leadership and professional scepticism, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, expose uncertainty and escalate material risks.
Desirable
- Experience with agentic AI, generative AI, model evaluation, responsible AI controls or production observability.
- Experience with data products, data governance, analytics platforms, GCP, Databricks or comparable cloud and data ecosystems.
- Understanding of SRTA, its partnership model and internal governance routes, including GTOM or AEO.
- Experience developing portfolio dashboards, unit economics, commercial models, value frameworks or capacity analysis.
- Relevant product, agile, cloud, data, architecture or service-management certifications.

All Associates are employed by Employment Companies and assigned to work for Deloitte (as the client).
When working for Deloitte, associates are required to comply with certain Deloitte policies.
The employment company is responsible for the associates' employment, pay and administrative functions.
