We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager/Tech Lead to lead our contact centre technology initiatives, specifically focusing on servicing tools for our SVS (Service Virtualization System) platform. This role is crucial in driving the enhancement and optimization of our customer service capabilities across our international banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project life cycle for contact centre technology implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Lead the development and execution of project plans, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of SVS platform enhancements for improved contact centre efficiency.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including regular status updates and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies throughout project execution.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in project management within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of contact centre technologies and servicing tools, particularly SVS platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex technology projects for contact centres.
  • Experience with SVS platforms and contact centre servicing tools.
  • Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a Matrix organization.
