Summary: The Technical Print Operator role at Global Pharma involves operating and troubleshooting encapsulation machines in a GMP manufacturing environment. The position requires meticulous documentation and adherence to safety and regulatory standards while managing materials and ensuring product quality. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Swindon, UK, for a duration of three months. The operator will also support machine changeovers and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, change over, and troubleshoot encapsulation machines
- Accurately complete batch records and GMP documentation
- Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality and minimize rejects
- Monitor and manage materials, gels, solvents, and lubricants
- Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work areas
- Support machine changeovers and coordinate with maintenance/crib mechanics
- Handle and stage finished softgel products
- Follow all safety, SOP, and regulatory requirements and report deviations
Key Skills:
- Experience in GMP manufacturing and/or digital print production
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends or overtime if required
