Key Skills:

• HNC, BSc or MSc in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Experience as a Building Services Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical).
• Chartered status (e.g., MRICS, MCIBSE, CEng) is preferred.
• Significant project management experience in data centres.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a stable work record.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
