We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager/Senior Technical Coordinator with a strong background in Architecture or Engineering to join this dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead technical initiatives, guide a diverse group of professionals, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. The ideal candidate is an innovative thinker, a collaborative team player, and a problem-solver passionate about technical excellence and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Project are primarily housing driven and can be either green or brownfield and some are mixed-use projects , all projects are bespoke so a great variety of work is available and all are local.

Responsibilities
