Summary: The role of Technical Lead | Solution Architect involves leading the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions within a major digitalisation programme. This hands-on position requires a blend of technical leadership, solution architecture, and team management in an Agile and DevOps environment. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure best practices in technical architecture and delivery oversight. This is a 6-month contract position outside IR35, based in London with hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of Power Platform solutions
- Owning technical architecture, ensuring scalability, security and best practice
- Guiding development across Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate and Dataverse
- Driving CI/CD, DevOps and source-control standards across the team
- Overseeing integrations with Azure services and enterprise systems via APIs
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring and code/design review
- Working closely with product owners, BAs, architects and senior stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Strong experience leading enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations
- Hands-on capability across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
- Solid understanding of Azure integration, APIs and custom extensions (.NET/JavaScript)
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams with DevOps practices
- Comfortable operating in a large, regulated or corporate environment
- Confident communicator able to translate complex technical concepts clearly

We're working with a large, established organisation delivering a major digitalisation and process-improvement programme. They're seeking an experienced Power Platform Technical Lead to help shape, build and embed enterprise-grade solutions.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll combine solution architecture, delivery oversight and team leadership within an Agile and DevOps-driven environment, working with both onshore and offshore teams.
